What Is a Personalized Card?

• A Personalized Card has your name on it and replaces your Temporary Card.
• Your Personalized Card can be reloaded by using either direct deposit (free) or by purchasing a ReCharge Card.
• With a Personalized Card, you can earn free groceries with Ralphs rewards plus no matter where you shop.

To register for your Personalized Card, call 1-866-757-2273, or log in. You'll receive your Personalized Card in the mail in seven to 10 days.

Log In to Your Personalized Card Account to:

• Sign up for direct deposit.   
• Check your available-funds balance.
• Add funds using a ReCharge Card
• Sign up for free email and text alerts.
• Request paper statements.

How to Earn Rewards:

Earn points each time you make an eligible purchase with your Personalized Card. Earn up to three points for every dollar you spend (net) in a single transaction based on the type of purchase. Accumulated points are exchanged for Ralphs rewards certificates. Your Ralphs rewards certificates are redeemable for purchases at Ralphs stores and will be awarded periodically, but no less less frequently than four times each calendar year, when you have earned a minimum of 500 rewards points (worth $5). Your account must remain open and in good standing to earn and redeem points.
