When you open a Personalized Card, you're automatically enrolled in both the Ralphs rewards program and the Ralphs rewards plus program.
Earn points each time you make an eligible purchase just by using your Personalized Card. Earn up to three points for every dollar you spend (net) in a single transaction based on the type of purchase. Accumulated points are exchanged for Ralphs rewards certificates.

Redeeming Rewards Certificates
- Rewards certificates will be awarded periodically, but no less frequently than four times each calendar year, when you have earned a minimum of 500 rewards points (worth $5).
- Your Ralphs rewards certificates are redeemable for purchases at Ralphs stores.*
* Excluding purchases at the Kroger Co. Family of Stores Fuel Centers. Rewards certificates
cannot be redeemed at fuel centers.
