It’s how you get started. A Temporary Card is the Prepaid Debit Card you purchased at any of our Ralphs store locations. Use your Temporary Card until you register for a Reloadable Card. Reloadable features only available after successful identity verification.

Once your card is activated, it is safe to begin using. You can also log in to check your balance and secure your card so you can shop online.
