Temporary Prepaid Debit Card
It’s how you get started. A Temporary Card is the Prepaid Debit Card you purchased at any of our Ralphs store locations. Use your Temporary Card until you register for a Reloadable Card. Reloadable features only available after successful identity verification.
Your Ralphs Rewards Prepaid Visa® card will be closed on August 1, 2024, and you will no longer be able to use your card or have access to the funds.
You have until July 31, 2024, to use your funds, by using your card for purchases, or you can request a check for the balance by calling 888-853-9461

Activate Your Temporary Card
Once your card is activated, it is safe to begin using. You can also log in to check your balance and secure your card so you can shop online.
